Jo Gracie - Operations & Fundraising Director
As our first employee at EQOL, Jo is excited to build the charity’s foundations to develop a life changing support service to neurodiverse adults.
With over eight years of experience in non-profit and social enterprise development, Jo is deeply passionate about learning disability and neurodiversity. Her journey began through helping launch a groundbreaking learning disability charity in East Sussex, which has since evolved into a thriving multi-center enterprise, guiding young adults towards meaningful employment opportunities.
Her expertise spans across all facets of non-profit operations, including fundraising, marketing, finance, governance, HR, and operations management.
Driven by a relentless commitment to making a difference to the lives of those in need, Jo continues to use her diverse skill set and experiences as EQOL's Operations & Fundraising Director, contributing to the charity’s ongoing development, growth and mission.
