Trustee Role
Help shape the future of EQOL
As a Trustee, you will play an essential role in guiding EQOL’s direction, ensuring strong governance and supporting the organisation to deliver its mission. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact while developing leadership and strategic skills.
What you’ll do:

Provide strategic oversight and help shape the long-term vision of EQOL

Ensure the charity operates legally, ethically and in line with its values

Support and challenge the leadership team constructively

Act as an ambassador for EQOL and its work
Who we’re looking for:

People passionate about quality of life, equality and inclusion

Individuals with skills or experience in areas such as governance, finance, health, social care, community work, law, fundraising or communications

No previous trustee experience required, just commitment and integrity
Time commitment:
Typically a few hours per month, including board meetings and occasional events.
Volunteer Role
Make a difference with your time and skills
Volunteers are at the heart of EQOL. By volunteering with us, you’ll help extend our reach, strengthen our work and support communities to thrive.
How you could get involved:

Supporting projects, events or campaigns

Helping with research, administration or communications

Sharing professional skills such as design, writing, IT or social media

Acting as a community champion for EQOL
